Apparently, we are mostly from Scotland, we like ice hockey & enjoy vegetarian sausage rolls.
I could not read the link because it does not work anymore (it does not matter). But I do not know if you can really define the typical profile of a "fan".
Maybe in the 80s and 90s it was more obvious or easier to define it. But nowadays, I think that there is no longer any typical profile.
Maybe on the whole, the fans are rather extroverted, a bit offbeat and passionate. But it's really impossible to define a profile. I am sure that here, we are all different both by the place of residence and by the personality !
For example, I am rather shy, introverted, posed, calm. I still have moments of madness but just with friends and family And I like to laugh ! My dress style is casual, classic. I love the colors and I eat everything.
I do not smoke, do not drink or very little (except for occasions of course, I'm not crazy or boring).
leslie, the site worked for me... it brought up the American standards... (although i am sure it is based off of locations (and you can change it))
apparently we are democrats (in deed for me) we prefer creative careers (I want to be a writer...so...) we make $100,000 or more (hahahahahahaha! I'm lucky if I can afford rent!) we are male (I'm a girl) between 30-44 (I am in my 30s) live in urban communities, but mostly in Wisconsin, New Jersey, Texas, New York and California... (close, northern Illinois suburbs) we like Mexican food the most... (once in awhile, but I prefer Indian or Japanese) we enjoy going to concerts (yes) we play ice hockey (I like baseball, if I had to choose) we enjoy politics (I have an opinion but I only talk about it when I'm fed up) we like cats (yes!!) we are alternative (I don't even know what this means) we are know it alls... (I'm on the edge) we wear vans (nope) we eat dominos (I like pizza in general) we have profiles on imdb.com (i do!) shop at trader joes (i have not, but there is one close to me) drive Pontiacs (I had a habit of getting dumped by guys who drove Pontiacs.... it is quite a bitter subject for me) favorite movie, music, shows, celebrities: the evil dead, rocky horror, the simpsons, xfiles, cold play, the smiths, George Clooney, Susan Sarandon our online browsing history includes "freedom from religion foundation" (The Smiths can go to hell. I also don't care for most of this, except for maybe Rocky Horror...) and a bunch of other stuff... (yeah, whatever)
Laney did you expand out any of the sections for the breakdowns? The food list for the UK region looked like a vegetarian Indian restaurant menu
I did look at the UK... I think I am living on the wrong continent! Considering how badly I want to go to Scotland, I now know I would fit in easily! haha!
Interesting that this is pulling from data compiled for advertisers. Ha, there's gotta be a strong bias based on who's willing to fill out a long survey by a corporation.

this is definitely interesting...
It's true that it sounds pretty interesting. I still have some points in common, even if it is apparently for American standards. 3 or 4
And that's for sure, I do not drive Pontiacs (just Clio)...
