I didn't know any of you when I went to Bestival, Albert Hall and Primavera - when I did finally overcome my shyness here my legs had fallen off and I missed the rest of the SummerCure tour.

Just be thankful that you weren't at Reading: you would have had to have helped Steve carry me out the site after I got struck down by That Migraine...
That was not fun... Literally ten minutes after The Boys left the stage, my eyesight suddenly went, I started seeing flashing zigzags, the world started to spin and then someone arse rammed a few redhot pokers straight through the side of my skull and into my eye socket. Repeatedly.
Trying to find a First Aid tent was 'fun'. Blind, in agony, slurring, half-carried by Steve and wishing everyone would STOP TALKING SO LOUDLY ... andpleaseturnallthelightsoff...
Christ, that was a bad one... Took me four days to recover completely.
I blame Robert's sparkly shirt!! The refresh rates of the stage lights reflecting of the sequins caused some weird out-of-phase strobing of the lights and triggered the seizure in my brain.
Or something.
But ... I got to meet Steve (my hero!), Hairqween and Pipperoo (who saved my arse by letting me sleep over in their hotel room) Sparks, GothMaz, Debs (OK, she was backstage), Lemon Lies and a good few others - and somehow managed to find a few of my other pals as well!!
As much as I LOATHE Reading Festival (but at least the loos were surprisingly clean!), The Boys put on one heck of a show: 'Wrong Number' and 'A Forest' stand out for me as The Songs of The Night, definitely.
And it was SO much fun to share the gig with CCC-ers. My gods, that made my day, night, week, month, etc, etc, etc!!
The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
This was not good B13 Glad that the day had a good end I also would be scared TemptationTwo, hope no-one got hurt.
Today seven years ago was the concert at the RAH (Teenage Cancer Trust) and it was great!! The band played 3 hours Also moving, they've showed a little film and then, if i can remember it right, came two teenagers on the stage, a girl and a boy, the boy has unfortunately lost his lower leg Can't remember if they said something. But to my big surprise Roger Daltrey came on stage and said something And then after a while, The Cure came and Robert said something really nice. Mmmh, this was the short version PS: This is not an April's Fool.
I walk wondering why, the same dream so many times
